We appreciate your understanding of our refund and cancellation policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and make-up sessions for Total Football Tactics programs. As we do our best to ensure costs are kept as low as possible, prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated and enacted before any program registrations commence. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. This policy is available on our website at [Link to policy page on your website].

    1. Sessions Missed Due to Weather: If a session is missed due to adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, extreme heat advisories, or unsafe ground conditions), we will organize a catch-up session. Participants will be notified of the cancellation and the scheduled make-up session via email and/or SMS at least 2 hours prior to the session start time. Make-up sessions will typically be scheduled on the next best possible day and time, which may include weekends or alternative weeknights, or an alternative agreed upon by the majority of affected participants.

    2. Session Cancellation Due to Coach Illness: If a session is cancelled due to coach illness, we will schedule a make-up session. Participants will be notified of the cancellation and the scheduled make-up session via email and/or SMS as soon as reasonably possible. Make-up sessions will be arranged for the next best possible day and time.

    3. Sessions Unable to be Made Up by Total Football Tactics: In the event that Total Football Tactics is unable to provide a make-up session for reasons other than weather or coach illness, participants will be offered the following options:

    • A full refund for the value of the missed session, minus any non-refundable venue hire agreement fees incurred for that specific session (these are typically small administrative charges related to the booking).

    • A discount of equivalent value towards another Total Football Tactics program.

    • Merchandise of equivalent value.

    4. Participant Absence During Program: If a participant misses a session during the program for any reason (e.g., personal appointments, minor illness not causing program cancellation), no refund will be available for the missed session. However, participants may be able to attend another session of the same value within a 4-week period from the missed session, subject to availability. Participants wishing to attend an alternative session should contact [your email address or phone number for inquiries] to inquire about availability.

    5. Cancellation Before Program Commencement: If a participant cancels their enrolment before the program has started, a refund will be provided, minus a 20% administrative fee to cover processing and other associated costs.

    6. Cancellation by Childcare Centre A Childcare Centre may cancel a program at any time; however, a minimum of four (4) weeks' written notice is required. During this four-week notice period, Total Football Tactics will continue to deliver the program as scheduled, and four (4) weeks' worth of payment will be required.

Cancellation by Total Football Tactics Total Football Tactics reserves the right to cancel a program. In such an event, we commit to providing the Childcare Centre with a minimum of four (4) weeks' written notice.
